Shipping Charges

* Free shipping across India on all prepaid orders.
* Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are subject to a shipping and handling charge of ₹200.

Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 3–10 business days from the date of order confirmation.

Dispatch timelines may vary depending on product availability, craftsmanship requirements, customization requests, and order volume during peak periods.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation message along with tracking details.

Express Shipping

If you require your order on priority for a specific occasion or event, please contact our customer support team via WhatsApp before placing your order. While we cannot guarantee expedited delivery for every order, we will make every effort to accommodate your request.

International Orders

For international shipping enquiries, please contact our customer support team via WhatsApp. Our team will assist you with product availability, shipping charges, and estimated delivery timelines based on your destination.

Receiving Your Order

Upon receiving your package, we recommend inspecting it carefully before accepting delivery.

All Khumaar orders are dispatched in secure packaging sealed with official Khumaar branded tape. If the branded tape is missing, damaged, replaced, cut, or appears tampered with upon delivery, we strongly advise customers to record a video and take clear photographs before opening the package.

If the package appears damaged, opened, tampered with, or does not contain the original Khumaar branded sealing tape, please do not accept the delivery wherever possible and immediately contact our support team.

To report such cases, please share your order number, photographs, and unboxing video with us.

Please note that claims related to missing items, incorrect products, transit damage, or tampered packages may not be accepted without a clear unboxing video.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email, SMS, or WhatsApp. Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to become active.
