CANCELLATION POLICY

At Khumaar, we understand that plans may change. Customers may request an order cancellation within 12 hours of placing the order.

Cancellation requests received after 12 hours may not be accepted, as order processing, production, sourcing, or packaging may have already commenced.

Prepaid Orders

For eligible prepaid order cancellations requested within the permitted cancellation window, customers may choose either:

A refund to the original payment method, or
Store credit equivalent to the order value for future purchases.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Processing timelines may vary depending on the payment provider and banking institution.

COD Orders

Cash on Delivery orders may also be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order without any cancellation charges.

Customized & Altered Orders

Orders containing customized, altered, personalized, or specially commissioned products cannot be cancelled once the order has been confirmed and production has commenced.

Order Cancellation by Khumaar

Khumaar reserves the right to cancel or decline any order at its sole discretion under certain circumstances, including but not limited to:

Unavailability of fabric, raw materials, or inventory
Pricing or product information errors on the website
Suspected fraudulent transactions
Payment authorization issues
Incomplete or incorrect customer information
Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

In the event that Khumaar cancels a prepaid order, a full refund of the amount paid will be processed to the original payment method used during checkout.

Customers will be notified of such cancellations via email, phone call, WhatsApp, or SMS using the contact details provided during purchase.

Final Decision

Khumaar reserves the right to accept or reject any cancellation request in accordance with this policy. All decisions made by Khumaar regarding order cancellations shall be final and binding.
