Refund policy
At Khumaar, every garment undergoes quality inspection before dispatch. As a result, we do not offer returns or monetary refunds once an order has been placed and delivered.
Eligible products may be exchanged in accordance with our Exchange Policy. Approved exchanges may be fulfilled through a size exchange, product exchange, or store credit, subject to product availability and policy terms.
Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving the order and must meet all eligibility criteria outlined in our Exchange Policy.
Please note that customized, altered, sale, and accessory items are not eligible for exchange, return, or refund.
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete product, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery and share clear photographs along with a complete unboxing video for review.
After verification, Khumaar reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, exchange, store credit, or any other suitable remedy at its sole discretion.
Khumaar reserves the right to refuse any claim that does not comply with the conditions outlined in our Shipping, Exchange, and Refund Policies.
