1. Returns and Exchanges
    - Returns : We do not accept returns.

3. Alterations

4. Exchange Process
    - To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service at 7838088202 within seven (7) days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to exchange. 
    - The product(s) must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. 

5. Shipping
    - Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the product for exchange. 

6. Damaged or Defective Items
    - If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at 7838088202 with photos and details of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or an exchange.

7. Non-Exchangeable Items
    - Certain items may not be eligible for exchange. These will be clearly marked on the product page.

8. Processing Time
    - Please allow up to 10 business days for your exchange request to be processed once we receive the returned item.
